Fun and quirky – enamel pins & keyrings are always a crowd pleaser!

To create these products, a metal mold of the desired design is formed. Once this mold is in place, you can elect to mix & match enamel and metal colours within the same order at no extra cost, provided no change to the metal mold (inc backstamp) occurs – minimum 20 pcs per variation.

All enamel colours in the design must be separated by metal – similar to a dam – to prevent spillage and contamination of colours.

Have artwork already? Perfect! Have an idea in mind? No problem! Our team can create an amazing enamel product design to suit your requirements.

An artwork fee of minimum $60 inc GST is applicable when our graphic designers create a simple, original design for you. More complex and detailed designs will be quoted on an individual basis. Customers who provide acceptable, original artwork for their product will not be charged this fee.

Please note we respect and admire the designs from other companies and artists, therefore we do not reproduce these designs or copyrighted images for customers – however we welcome any inspiration you have to help us create a new, original design for you.

We can create pins from 1.5cm, all the way up to over 5cm! We do find that our most popular round pins are approx. 3-3.5cm in diameter.

With over 800 pantone-equivalent colours available, you are sure to find the perfect shade of enamel!

We also offer Glitter and Glow in the Dark options for an additional fee. These are available for soft enamel products only.

For backing hardware, the black rubber clutch and the military metal are standard choices and are included in the base price. Coloured clutches and different attachments (i.e. keyrings / tie pins) incur an additional cost per unit.

Custom backing cards can also be provided – quoted on request and starting at $130. Delivery for 250 backing cards (this excludes design fees if no artwork supplied).

A question that commonly comes around the NR warehouse is the difference between Hard & Soft Enamel. Choosing the right finish is crucial in how the overall pin looks and the kind of style you are after!

Despite the name, Soft Enamel is not actually “soft”.  Soft Enamel refers to the way the pin is created. The metal is filled with enamel and the enamel colour sits below the metal; Producing a textured 3D effect.

Hard Enamel however, is polished back to make the metal sit flush with the enamel colour. Hard Enamel generally looks more professional however Soft Enamel is quite popular within the art community.
